All Olamic brand products are covered under our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects relating to materials and/or construction. This warranty does not cover damages caused by inappropriate use, aftermarket modification, accidents, loss, or theft. Products determined to be defective and covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced as per our discretion. Aftermarket third-party modification or customization of the knife voids the warranty. This warranty is not limited to the original owner of the knife.
You may request a return within 72 hours of receiving your custom ordered knife. The knife must be unused, unsharpened, unmodified, with all of its original assembly intact. The knife must be returned with everything that it arrived with. We will inspect it upon arrival and contact you with details. You will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Refunds are processed within 3 business days using the same transaction method as the original payment.
Pre-made knives, store items
You may request a return within 72 hours of receiving the item. It must arrive unused with everything that was included. Knives must be unsharpened, unmodified, and not been disassembled. Refunds are processed within 3 business days using the same transaction method as the original payment. You will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee.
We offer a free “spa service" for all of our knives. This includes, if necessary per our discretion, replacement of one or more of the following components: lockbar insert, detent ball, pivot barrel, hardware (screws+pivots), pocket clip retention ball, bearings/washers. If necessary and desired the service also includes adjustments such as detent strength, lock engagement, blade centering. Cleaning, re-lubing, and a full inspection is also standard. Please note that the spa service does include re-sharpening unless requested otherwise. All knives arriving for upgrades and/or customization will receive the spa service by default.
