The Appetizer is newest model and the latest design from A. Kolesnikov. It's a small non-locking folder with multiple modular backspacer options. The blade is retained in both open and closed positions by a single detent on an integral tension bar on the clip side of the knife. The design allows for additional materials to be used on the show side, including Timascus and zirconium. There are four options for the spine of the knife: lanyard loop, bottle opener, carabiner, and a plain/flush variant that allows for all our familiar backspacer styles.
We are making the Appetizer available to order starting February 14th, 2022 via the form on this page. Once it's submitted we review your selections and reach out within 48 business hours to finalize the build. When all the details are confirmed a completion date is provided, which is typically 3-5 working days away. At that point there is a final review prior to payment and shipping. The Olamic Appetizer starts at $295 (titanium show side, plain) and the final cost will vary based on options, finishes, and materials.
